Job Description:

• Work closely with client and provide our expertise
• Assist Project Manager to make sure a smooth ERP project implementation including business study, blue-print design, system configuration, implementation, documentation, business intelligence report writing, etc.
• Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end users and support end users on using the system, and work with the team to troubleshoot the problem
• Prepare functional specification for customizations required and work closely with development team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project customization tasks

Requirement:

• Degree or in Information Systems/Computer Science/Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2-5 years’ experience in project management
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
• Less experience will be considered as Associate Consultant
• Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• You will have an advantage if you are/have
• Experience in application system requirement analysis, system design and system deployment
• Solid knowledge and experience in ERP/Supply Chain/Logistics
• Experience in Finance/Accounting

• Responsible for Kingdee Cloud HRM system implementation from requirement study, business blueprint, system configuration, user training, UAT and go-live
• Ability to translate client’s requirements into feasible solutions and propose operation procedures
• Participate in HRM product customization and testing
• Work closely with the various internal team to design and deliver competitive and comprehensive solutions to solve customer business and HR requirements

Requirement：

• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in HRM software implementation, preferably with experience at MNC or large-scale projects
• Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme Ordinance, and IRD Ordinance
  • Familiar with other HRM systems, SAP, PeopleSoft, IPL, MRC, Yonyou, and other HRM system is an advantage

• Responsible for the project management of Kingdee ERP project, including project planning, blue-print, implementation, customization, testing, mitigation plan, and UAT
• In-charge regular progress review meeting and produce progress reports to keep management on project status, risks and issues
• Control project quality and ensure successful delivery and go-live. Be responsible for risk management, able to identify, eliminate and reduce project risks beforehand

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/IT or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP project management and have strong track records
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Well understanding in ERP preferred
• Experience in application system requirement analysis, system design and system deployment is a plus
• Have a strong sense of ownership, can motivate the teams to tackle any issues
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Promote Kingdee Cloud Accounting System and Kingdee Cloud ERP
• Work closely with the marketing team to organize and deploy marketing events, promotions, and lead generation program

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree/Degree Holder or equivalent
• At least 2-4 years of sales/business development/marketing experience, channel sales experience in IT product prefer

• Experience in selling Applications or Software Solutions is an advantage
