The “Florentia Village – Beijing-Tianjin Outlet” project is a joint investment of the US Waitex Group and Italian RDM Group. It is the first large-scale, Italian-style high-end outlet in China. Covering a total floor area of 60,000 square meters, the Beijing-Tianjin Outlet is located near the exit of Tianjin Wuqing High-speed Railway Station. It contains several themed shopping areas, including a luxury shopping area, an internationally famous products shopping area, a sports and outdoor products shopping area and a leisure area.
Covering an area of 581 mu (1 hectare=15 mu), Florentia Village has a registered capital of USD27 million. It is mainly engaged in the development, construction and operation of commercial facilities. It includes Italian Florentine-style discount stores, branded shops and branded clothing stores.
